Delete your BurnRate account
BurnRate is the app name shown on the App Store and Google Play. To request permanent deletion of your account and data, follow the steps below.
Steps to request account deletion
- Enter the email address associated with your BurnRate account in the field below.
- Tap Request deletion.
- Check your email for a message from BurnRate and follow the link to confirm your deletion request.
- Once confirmed, we will permanently delete your account and associated data within 30 days (see “What we delete” below).

What we delete and what we keep
When you request account deletion, BurnRate permanently deletes the following data:
- Account and profile information (name, email, age, height, weight, gender, sport type, goals, race info)
- Nutrition and training data (meals, food logs, workouts, body weight logs, macro targets, meal adherence)
- AI coach conversation history
- Strava connection data (if connected)
- Meal photos stored by the app
We do not retain copies of the above after deletion. We may keep anonymized or aggregated data that cannot identify you, and we may retain certain information where required by law (for example for legal or tax purposes) for an additional period as permitted or required by applicable law.
Retention period: After you confirm deletion, we complete the removal of your personal data within 30 days. After that, your account and the data listed above are permanently deleted.
